THE 10% CLUB
Top 10% quota-attainer

Awarded to sellers who ranked in the top 10% of quota attainment at their company during the most recent fiscal year. Applicants must have had at least 10 peers in the same role to qualify.

Top 25% quota-attainer

Awarded to sellers who ranked in the top 25% of quota attainment at their company during the most recent fiscal year. Applicants must have had at least four peers in the same role to qualify.

For someone who truly transformed their career over the last year.

Awarded to a sales professional who demonstrated the most significant skill growth over the past year. This recognition honors meaningful progress, measurable improvement, and a clear commitment to development.

Is there an application fee?

Nope, no fee for applying.

How does the application review process work?

Every application is reviewed and discussed by pclub’s executive team. Top contenders are selected; if necessary, additional information is collected. Once all of the information is gathered and reviewed again, a winner is selected.

when do the awards take place?

There will be a Zoom call on February 26, 2026, where all of the winners will be announced.

What are the eligibility requirements?

You must have or have done the following:

  • Maintained a pclub.io membership for at least 3 months.
  • Demonstrated skills learned at pclub that contributed to your results.
  • Provided proof or a reference (manager, peer, data, etc.).
  • Met role-specific criteria for different awards (e.g., top 10%).
Can I apply for multiple awards?

Yes, you can apply for as many of the awards as are applicable. You can also nominate someone for multiple awards.

What are the deadlines for submitting applications?

The deadline for the 2025 awards is February 13, 2026.

What’s the deal with the fiji trip for two?

One of our award winners will also be selected to win a trip for two to the beautiful island of Fiji (a $10,000 prize package)!
